Board Tips 

• Board infighting makes it difficult for anyone to work in or manage a community.
• Before boards can be effective, they must first work as a team.
• Boardmembers educated in topics relevant to community management make better boardmembers.
• To entice more residents to meetings, make the meetings educational and fun. You can mix business with fun.
• Meetings should be no longer than two hours.
• Keep in mind that for every problem there is a solution.
